Outstanding Professor Lecture Series
Those students who had the good fortune to take Dr. Ed Morgan's science classes remember him as the teacher who wouldn't let them fail. His presentation was brilliant, his standards high, and his love for students unwavering. An endowed scholarship was funded in 2010 to keep his leagacy alive for future students, but now, his memory lives on via YouTube. Dr. Morgan's lectures continue to serve as study guides, memorials, models of teaching excellence, and tutoials. We are proud to share his brilliance.

The Garden of Reflection and Remembrance - Purchase a $65 inscribed brick to line the path of a tranquil arbor located on the Temple College campus. Designed as a place for the communityto gather to preserve the memories of those we've loved and lost, this special place is a tribute to the family and friends who left too soon.

In partnership with the Temple College Business Education Department, the Foundation hosted an advanced photography and Photoshop class called From Field to Frame. Ten participants spent one weekend shooting, and then headed into the lab to enhance their photos. The resulting pictures will be on display in the Foundation on May 26th from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. The public is invited to attend the opening with wine and cheese. Photos will be available for sale with proceeds going to fund Visual Arts Scholarships at Temple College.

Our Skip a Soda, Save a Student campaign allows donors to schedule a monthly credit card payment to the Foundation that goes directly towards our general scholarship fund. Please consider the huge impact your small donation can make at our College. For the price of a soda, you can help a student stay in school. It's the little things that count, and this small sacrifice makes all the difference!

Events
Instead of asking the community to simply give to the Foundation, we try to provide value, entertainment and The Foundation conducts an annual Golf Tournament, which is the kickoff event to raise scholarship money for the College. We are expanding our activities to include travel opportunities, a cooking event, called the “Kings of Cuisine” showcasing the culinary talents of some of the most powerful men in Temple. The Foundation also secures a prime Travel Opportunity at a bargain price and forwards the savings on to the community. Ongoing smaller events and recognitions throughout the year are designed to heighten awareness and the financial standing of the College.
